This project aims to change people life through healthy nutrition and physical active life style . About the owner, I was fortunate to meet Yousef because of our mutual interest in health and fitness. This guy ideas and creativity r really going to take Kuwait by storm. With his very professional behavior and brilliant ideas Yousef is the guy we all want our youths to be. Aymstrong had started many projects one that I was honored to join is ‘lose 7 kg in a month’. In this project we had inspired 35 participant to change thier life style and be healthy by nutritional, fitness, and medical guidance by the amaizing aymstring team dr.abdullah almutawa, yousef alqenai, d.sara alkandari,d.dalal alnukhilan, and dr.yasmin abdulgafor . this project was sooo amazing and inspirational read about it yourself and stay tuned for more amazing news and projects from aymstrong
